We understand a class environment can be intimidating, especially if you’re learning something new for the first time.
We offer a six-session Personal Training series as an introduction to CrossFit. These sessions are designed to prepare you for our Launch beginner classes.
In the CrossFit BaSix series, you will work 1-on-1 with a certified CrossFit coach to learn the foundational movements and class expectations in a zero intimidation environment. The series also includes a baseline Bod Pod body fat test, goal setting session, and a nutrition blueprint.
Upon completing your six sessions, you will graduate to our CrossFit Launch beginner group classes where you will continue to learn and improve your fitness while remaining under the guidance of a coach.
