5,700 sf, 20ft ceilings, new flooring, bay door, BigAss Fan (it’s awesome!), 6 ceiling exhaust fans, 100ft of pull-up bars, 20+ squat racks, and a whole slew of other new gear.

Lobby

Dedicated welcome, retail, and social area for members and visitors.

Locker Rooms

Brand new locker rooms with 2 bathrooms & showers for men and 2 for the ladies.

Office

Coaches and administrative team offices and a climate-controlled meeting room. Access to coaching/video balcony that overlooks the entire main gym

Introducing CrossFit Launch

A TRUE ENTRY-LEVEL ENVIRONMENT

You don’t need to ‘get in shape’ before you come in. Our Crossfit Launch program is the perfect environment for those new to CrossFit or looking to get back in the swing of things. We’ve designed this true entry-level environment to be more accessible, more streamlined, and less intimidating helping you progress at your own pace with other awesome beginners. Smaller classes and extra coaching ensure that each workout is scaled to your current level of fitness and any injuries or limitations are properly addressed.
