Teen Strength & Conditioning Program

It is time to power down the phones and fire up some fitness! We are ramping X-Fit with a much-requested Fitness Foundations for Teens age 12-18.

This non-sport specific 3x per week program will be the perfect primer for your student-athlete to get moving. Coach Jake will ease them back into shape while training proper movement patterns, coordination, agility, speed, and strength.

This program is for anyone and everyone. Whether your kid is a full-time gamer, bookworm, offseason athlete, or just likes to wreak havoc around your house – this will get them moving the way that your kids were meant to.

Classes are for ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS and will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:15 – 5:00p. Feel free to come to all classes or just a few!

A monthly membership is $179/month. A 10-class punchcard is $200. 5% discount for siblings.
