JOB SUMMARY


This position is responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of a micro gym office and facility. Turnkey management of our sales process and dynamic membership is the top priority alongside coordination of office staff, coaches, service personnel and executive leadership.

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills seeking a Career not just a Job. They need customer service experience and proficient knowledge of social media and customer relationship management systems including automation platforms. CrossFit experience is a big plus but not necessarily required.

 

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 


  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service of fitness member management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • Working knowledge of CrossFit, its methodologies, and culture a plus but not required.

  • Retail experience a plus but not required.
  • Proactive, detail oriented and self sufficient.

  • Strong computer and Information management skills.

  • Experience with internal and external social media campaigns / strategies.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 


Sales Support  Management

  • Support membership sales process.

  • Support member upsales, renewals and referrals.

 

New Member Onboarding

  • Ensure new clients feel welcome and understand all services available to them.

  • Develop new and improve existing materials, communications, automated workflows.

  • Ensure goal-setting sessions occur, and follow up by logging feedback in appropriate tracking docs/systems.

 

Member Service

  • Use WODIFY gym management software to service memberships.

  • Manage support tickets platform Fresh Desk.

  • Generate regular reporting on key performance indicators.

 

Client Success / Retention / Internal Marketing

  • Use Marketing 360 CRM platform to manage customer communications and automations.

  • Help create and manage effective engagement campaigns.

  • Help plan, create, and coordinate regular communications like newsletters.

  • Use text, email or use social media to keep members engaged and successful.

  • Help manage social media presence (IG, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Yelp, etc.)

  • Collect client testimonials and success stories.

  • Plan, promote and coordinate member social events.

 

HR / Team Management

  • Onboard new hires, Staff Procedures & Policies, Team Calendar management, Payroll.

  • Key Software: Basecamp, Google Apps

 

Retail

  • Manage Pro-shop,  Inventory Purchasing & Management, Point of Sale

  • Help manage production of custom branded apparel and promotional products

 

Basic Bookkeeping

  • Member billing, A/P and A/R, Gov Compliance

  • Basic knowledge of Quickbooks a plus

 

Office / Facility

  • Basic office management, Facility vendors and service providers

  • FOB Card System training & management
