
I Love The Routine
Reason for Joining: I joined for my mental health – after working out every day, I feel happier, more calm and think more clearly.
Enjoy about Membership: What I enjoy most is the consistency – I love the routine of coming in after work, and working hard with the same people every day.
Learn about Yourself: I learned that being happy and healthy is (usually) a choice. I’ve learned a lot about that by pushing through tough workouts on days when I’d rather be at home.
Advice to Prospect: CrossFit isn’t the only way to get fit, but it’s a damn good way to start healthy habits.
