Monday through Friday: 6 to 11 AM & 4 to 8 PM. Closed from 11 AM to 4 PM
Weekdays starting at 6:15 AM continuing until closing at 11 AM we run group workouts every 30 minutes, i.e., at 6:15, 6:45, 7:15, 7;45, and 8:15. From 9 AM to 11 AM is Open Gym. If you are not warmed up, stretched and ready to go when a group starts, you can go in the next group.
4 PM to 5:15 PM is Open Gym.
Starting at 5:15 PM and
continuing until closing at 8 PM we run group workouts every 30 minutes,
i.e., at 5:15, 5:45, 6:15, 6;45, and 7:15. If you are not warmed up,
stretched and ready to go when a group starts, you can go in the next
group.
Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM
On Saturdays at 9 AM and at 10 AM we run a free introductory session for 1st time visitors. The sessions start on time and last approximately one hour.
For members all Saturday hours are Open Gym.
Sunday: 10 AM to 1 PM. All Sunday hours are Open Gym.
