"Phys Ed: Brains and Brawn" from the New York Times

This past weekend I attended the USA Rugby Youth Development Conference in Atlanta. One of the speakers talked about the International Rugby Board's recommendations regarding functional movement screening to test rugby players in elite performance pathways. After experimenting they narrowed it down to one movement: the overhead squat.
