Group Classes
Monday through Friday: 6 to 9 AM, 12 noon to 1 PM, & 4 to 8 PM.
Saturday: 10 AM to 12 Noon
Sunday: 10 AM to 12 Noon, and 6 PM. Ladies only class at 5 PM.
Group workouts start on the hour. The general structure of a group workout is warmup, skill practice & instruction, workout, cool down & stretch, all as a group. If you are not ready to go when a group starts, you must go in the next group.
