The free trial session lasts about an hour and 15 minutes It consists of instruction in several of the basic movements used in CrossFit workouts. Your goals and current fitness level will be evaluated and discussed. A workout tailored to your abilities will follow, and we will answer any questions you have about our programs and pricing. Free trials are generally 1 on 1, or 1 on 2 instruction.
