OK everyone...Here is your chance to become accountable for your 2010 fitness and wellness goals. We ran out of space on our white board, so I am asking you to rewrite your goals here. So, if you want a sub 5 minute Fran, a faster 5k, a double body weight back squat, to lose 10 pounds, or to gain 10 pounds, let us know. Make sure your goals are quantifiable.
Here are my 2010 goals:
1. 5k that is sub 21:00
2. 3x1mile repeats. All miles under 6:30 with 5 min rest in between.
3. 90 second l-sit
4. Sub 20 filthy 50
5. Sub 2:30 800m sprint
6. Sub 23 Kelly
7. 115# thrusters (done in the death by pull-ups format) goal is 15
8. Back squat of 400lbs
